We keep your personal information for one year since your last contact with us. We will then dispose of your personal information by  destroying paper documents by shredding and deleting data from computers and electronic devices, including back-ups or background storage.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
